Terms of Service

AceAlpha offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro membership grants access to monthly rebalance picks, signal scores, performance email updates, and CSV export. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A 30-day free trial is available to new subscribers; your card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your Account page.

All content delivered through AceAlpha — including but not limited to monthly portfolio picks, signal scores, trend data, and rebalance emails — is licensed to you for personal use only.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Share, forward, or publish picks or scores publicly (including on social media, forums, or group chats)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute picks or scores to any third party
• Use our content to operate a competing signal or subscription service
• Share account credentials with others

All emails sent to Pro members are individually addressed and digitally watermarked with your account email. Unauthorised sharing or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violations are traceable and will result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue damages for material breach.

AceAlpha is an information service only. Nothing on this site or in our emails constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment adviser.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, including redistribution of picks, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time via your Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
